Gestione cambiata l’hotel è un hostello travestito da 4 stelle !!! Stanza sporca tenuta come se fosse un magazzino . Arredi rovinati e da 4 soldi . Ho dovuto insistere per poter parlare con un responsabile perché la doccia era piena di sabbia ma la receptionist mi ha detto che non poteva essere disturbarlo …. Minacciando di chiamare i carabinieri Alla fine è arrivato e con la sua spocchiosità , e senza nemmeno chiedermi scusa per l’accaduto, mi ha mandato a pulire 2 ragazzine che neanche parlavano italiano e che comunque non hanno risolto il problema né pulito bene ; lui nemmeno è venuto ad accertarsene . 150 euro per dormire un una struttura datata e fatiscente … le regole dell’hotelerie vogliono che in un 4 stelle il frigo bar sia ben fornito qui non c’era nemmeno un a bosmttiglieta d’acqua … PASSIAMO ALLA COLAZIONE CON PRODOTTI DA 4 soldi e DECISAMENTE UN PASSO IN DIETRO rispetto il mio ultimo soggiorno qui dove c’era una cucina e un cameriere che prendeva le ordinazioni e i piatti venivano preparati al momento … CHE FORTISSIMA DELUSIONE E WEEK END ROVINATO !!! Non venite a buttare via i vostri soldi qui .

Soggiorno 1 notte ..... Assurdo reception inesistente Chiedo di tenere la camera con check out ore 18.00 . .con pagamento extra euro 60 ....non mi viene neanche sistemata la stanza (almeno avvisatemi che è cosi)(avrei tenuta tutta la notte al costo di 80 se non fosse per motivi lavorativi)....facciono notare la cosa e dalla reception mi dicono ....ha ragione le farò sapere...opssss ora di partenza cambio personale e ovviamente il cambio non sa nulla ...... Pazienza pago sto in silenzio ma la presa in giro maggiore che chi di dovere intervenire (come responsabile del posto) .....scena muta ........ Pazienza dopo anni di frequentazioni in questo hotel (con la vecchia gestione)....sarò costretto al cambiamento.......

Ho trascorso qualche giorno all’Hotel Fiamma & Spa e non posso che consigliarlo. La struttura è moderna, accogliente e situata in una posizione comodissima: a pochi metri dalla spiaggia e non lontano dal centro di Cesenatico. Le camere sono spaziose, silenziose e molto pulite, dotate di tutti i comfort. La colazione è ricca, varia e di ottima qualità, con opzioni anche per chi ha esigenze particolari. Fiore all’occhiello dell’hotel è sicuramente la spa, perfetta per rilassarsi dopo una giornata al mare: sauna, bagno turco, idromassaggio e trattamenti benessere davvero top! Molto apprezzata anche la palestra, ben attrezzata. Il personale è sempre gentile, disponibile e attento a ogni dettaglio. Un soggiorno davvero piacevole, tornerò volentieri!

bello all'apparenza ma solo in quella... mancavano le materie prime (carta igentica e asciugaman in camera che abbiamo dovuto richiedere )... bottilglie vuote lasciate dopo le pulizie e per concludere in bellezza l'ulltimo giorno non si poteva far colazione (la cuoca era malata..scusa molto credibile). quanto prima con pagamento anticipato appena siamo arrivati (nuova abitudine??!!!)... Non ci tornerò di certo.

Le stanze non sono assolutamente come nelle foto , ti inducono a prenotare facendoti visionare foto di stanze che in realtà non esistono le stanze vista mare non sono vista mare ma vista hotel di fronte , il direttore incapace di dirigere l’hotel , risposte maleducate , e stanze inadeguate a un 4 stelle! Bagno piccoli e poca igiene ! ! Incapaci di trovare soluzioni adeguate per problematiche di qualsiasi tipo! Un soggiorno a dir poco orribile causato prevalentemente dalla maledizione e poca esperienza dello staff.

L'hotel Fiamma a cambiato gestione, e pertanto le foto dei servizi proposti su TripAdvisor non sono più gli stessi. Peccato perché veramente in questi ultimi anni siamo stati veramente bene nonostante alcune pecche strutturali la gestione della famiglia Pantani ha sempre cercato di sopperire le mancanze e disservizi offrendo sempre un servizio di altissima qualità, sicuramente seguiremo la famiglia presso gli altri hotel del gruppo. Avrebbe bisogno sicuramente di interventi strutturali e un declassamento rispetto le stelle.

Situato sul lungomare di Cesenatico, a 4 km dal centro. Hotel molto carino, esteticamente di bell’impatto. Le camere pulite e ben arredate, bagno piccolo ma buoni accessori. Wi-Fi gratuito, Sky in camera ( anche se non funzionante) camera calda , accogliente. Sala colazione ampia e prodotti di qualità. Vasta scelta tra torte, dolci e salato. Caffè da rivedere, molto acquoso ( da uomo del sud una pugnalata). La ragazza della Reception molto accogliete e disponibile. Ad ogni modo consiglio questo hotel e ci tornerei volentieri.
