Poor show. Room carpet dirty and overused, Bathroom old and mouldy. Breakfast was mediocre. Parking a problem. Driveway dark and difficult to reverse at night.

Most unfriendly lady on phone who stopped taking calls from me when i tried to get my charger back. Bathroom lights did not work. The rooms are old and neglected. The door and windows look out on to passage so everybody can look into room. Easy access into room through windows so you do not feel safe.

Monte Carlo is a delightful place to stay for business. It is located in a secure golf estate which gives the traveller peace of mind. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, going the extra mile if required to do so. Rooms are spacious, clean and most important, the beds are extremely comfortable. Breakfast is delicious with a variety of goodies to choose from to suit all tastes. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone travelling.

I made an incorrect booking -- there where no beds for my kids. The Monte Carlo went out of their way and gave 2 x exstra beds for the night. Great service! Great location and a very nice breakfast. Great staff.
