Beds are stiff, no pool need to ride going to new tower which is a bit far. Flooring doesnt have carpet, only tiles. Old style need to upgrade. Buffest bfast is not so good, not so many choices of food. Need to upgrade and renovate.

At checkout they claim I lost a notepad cover or something and charged me PH$250… I not seen the item. If they were going charge then have the courtesy to run through the items at check in

At first I was hessitant to book it for I can see a lot of bad reviews I directly asked the lady at the front desk to please do not give me a room that has no lock and broken interiora she gave me a city biew near the elevator and wven asked me if my room was okay via call.
I love their breakfast at nanays
