It is not suitable for Chinese people to stay here. The service does not have any Chinese guidance (eating is a problem). It is a country and hotel that is very difficult to communicate with. I do not recommend staying here. I spent a lot of money but did not feel good or even hate the hotel service (starving people to death and cheating Chinese people out of money and fines**). I advise everyone not to stay in this hotel

It was a very bad experience. We arrived at the hotel around 15:02 and were told that we could not check in and needed to be cleaned. They said it would take about 30 minutes, which was ok for us and we said we could wait. However, we were told at 15:35 that we still could not check in because we had an appointment later and did not agree to wait any longer. We kept urging them to check in, but to no avail. They kept delaying. At my strong request, they promised to check in at 16:00, but it still did not work. Finally, we checked in at 16:11 with the help of Ctrip customer service. During the waiting period, even welcome drinks were only provided to Indonesian guests. We did not ask or provide them proactively, and the check-in was delayed again and again. After checking in, we had to wait for another half an hour for the luggage to be delivered, and we still had to keep urging them, so that we were completely late for the subsequent appointment. We could only change the time. The experience was very poor. The service was completely inadequate.
