Last week me and my wife had our wedding at the Hotel Des Indes Menteng. Around 100 people joined this beautiful day divided in 3 different ceremonies. Cindy and her team of people from the hotel did such a great job making this day perfect and so smoothly organized we could really enjoy ourselves without thinking about  just showing up:) From the first ceremony, the Akad wedding to the last afterparty, all guests were taken care off and enjoyed a beautiful reception dinner with great food. Me and my wife, we really appreciate what Cindy and her team did for us and highly recommend Hotel Des Indes Menteng for a beautiful wedding! This hotel is next level! Stylish, comfortable, efficient. Yet incredibly warm, hospitable and genuinely welcoming. The suite (3004) was a marvel of design and comfort. Luxurious Le Labo bath products, smart toilet, the most comfortable bedding, overlooking the skyline of Jakarta. You will not want to leave your room. Except you must because what awaits you every morning is the best breakfast in the world! Danang the pastry chef makes the best egg benedict and French toast. You will be spoilt for choice in the dining room. But best of all, it's the staff of the Park Hyatt. They are just wonderful! They could not do enough for us.

I won’t spend too much time talking about the exceptional service as other reviews have covered that enough and it really is above and beyond in every possible way. Instead I’ll try and cover some of the things other people haven’t. When it comes to polished rooms, this is not a 5/5 hotel, but the service and the staff generally do make up for any shortcomings. We booked an executive terrace, and were upgraded to a junior suite upon arrival. The room was large and airy but a little rough around the edges. There were marks and scuffs on most walls, and the floor was quite dusty. That being said, the bed was exceptionally comfortable and the shower was divine. Housekeeping were very good and after their first visit the room was cleaner than when we originally checked in. Breakfast is fantastic, huge spread with different items each day as well as an a la carte menu that was included in our package. The pool was generally empty every single day of our stay so felt like we had it to ourselves! It’s a shame it only has sofas and chairs and not sun loungers though. Like the rooms it felt a little rough around the edges. The club buffet between 6pm & 8pm was great, the food wasn’t mind blowing but there was always something tasty and wine, draft beer and cocktails were free flow as well as soft drinks obviously. We had drinks at the rooftop bar and the view is spectacular. The location is just okay. There are a few cafes/restaurants around the area and Cinkini station is a 5 minute walk. In summary, whilst I enjoyed my stay here and the staff were incredible, it’s not the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in.

Outstanding and beautiful hotel - well organized and attentive staff. Easily comparable to top end hotels I have stayed at in Dubai and elsewhere. Food is excellent - room service is prompt and offers a wide choice from all available restaurants. Indonesia Plaza next door was hugely helpful and convenient.

Lovely hotel for families! Especially for children. Went with my kid and he was treated like a prince.

Stayed 2N in a 1BR (Rm # 2201) - the worse accommodation I've encountered in Jakarta where reputable hotel chains I've stayed before are always clean and pleasant. The stay looked unpromising upon getting the key cards in a very well used and yellowish looking jacket (ok, forgivable if is a sustainability effort in a post covid world and in a property where hygiene and decent upkeeping is obviously of lower priority perhaps?) Things started going downhill after I stepped out of the lift to be welcomed by the mouldy patch and peeling paint on the common corridor walls and ceilings. More to dislikes upon stepping into the room: - First impression is that it hasn't been in used for a while with blast from 80s decor - Strand of hairs on the sink top, bed, desks... everywhere in plain sight - Very used and dumpy looking sofa that doesn't felt too clean - Bedsheet isn't too clean with prominent old stain when you flip over the quilt - Old and dirty looking dryer with few packets of partially used washing powder - Yellowish looking switches with dirt and grime collecting around the corners - Standing shower isn't working as is leaking at the back with weak pressure - Balls of dust and peeling paint could be seen everywhere in the room - Wall and ceiling paints were peeling off here and there - Rain water could seep through the living room window causing the floor around the window to be wet - Final straw was the dirty and smelly fridge causing the lapis legit I bought from nearby Mandarin Oriental to reek of a terrible and unwholesome freezer stench Horrible, not recommended and a total rip off at S$250++ per night!

Changed 4 times before we settled in our room. At first, they put us in the old unrenovated room that smelly and feels very much creepy. Then they so called upgrade to deluxe room which also very creepy with strong damp carpets smell. At last, we have to top up almost double the amount we paid just to move to the renovated floor. They should have just tell us from the beginning instead if wasting almost an hour for us to go up and down to change room at almost 11pm! Hospitality & service of the housekeeping, bell boys & restaurant staff are excellent, but the from office could be better. Close by museum, Monas, easy to get taxi.

Went for the clubs. Not a great scene, sounds lit from the outside but pretty dead on the inside. Lots of people inside but almost everyone there works there just waiting to be chosen. Be prepared to tip literally every single person you talk to, doorman, mama, the girls…(after paying them already, they’ll ask for more). No shortage of girls, and you can pick and choose and take them to a private room. They will literally ask what kind of girl you like and give you a lineup in the middle of the club. Also be prepared a lot of them speak zero English. The club had a live band playing though

I vacation with family .. the facilities of hotel in mulia senayan very beautiful.. especially at fitness center . This hotel have very big fitness center and many complete equipment and have tennis court I really enjoyed .. very big thanks for staff Ridwan and sukarmin very helpful. Thank you

I was staying at MO Jakarta for quarantine repratriation 10 days in December 2021. At the beginning, I asked the staff via email to provide me bank details for bank transfer before I check-in but it was not provided until the day of check-in then I need to use my personal bank account. Food tasted very good and room was comfortable too. I think the letdown is laundry service that is not clear for pick-up time and one day staff forgot to pick my laundry but it’s okay caused I contacted the guest service. I’d also thank the staff who gave me mineral water in gallon and dispenser. It is such good innitiative and kind gesture. Overall, I am happy to stay at MO Jakarta for isolated 10 days without boredom and discomfort.
