There were a lot of people staying this time, almost full, the room internet was very poor, but there was no way to improve it, and there was no way to change rooms because it was almost full. The breakfast felt worse. Overall, I would not consider staying here again next time.

Overall is fine with location , strategic with 200m walk and have street of food. Staff is very friendly , facility such as laundry is good for long holiday traveller because we can wash our cloth. Just the breakfast selection is very less, no hot soup area. And no hot coffee machine area. Which feeling sick and wish to have something warm such as soup mee, or hot chocolate they don serve😔 Others all is fine ☺️

We enjoyed the stay at this hotel with all the facilities provided. The food for breakfast with wide spread is fabulous. I did not really have any time to try out the amenities. The rooms are nice, a tad small but is okay for short stays. Needs to have a upgrade in terms of TV, boiler and Minibar. The walls and floor makes the hotel seem very old despite having the Pullman name. Should really consider doing some works on the hotel. The staffs are nice and amazing but the telephonr line seems to have a lot of distortion so it was not easy to communicate well.

We had an excellent stay in Jakarta for 4 days and 3 nights for our birthday trip. Thanks to the front desk and guest relations team for making this surprise happen with the nice drawing in the room❤️. They breakfast was nice althis just a 3 star hotel, but it doesn't matter, we really enjoyed it! However, we can not sleep well in the first night because there are some phone vibrations around at the midnight. Hence, we decided to upgrade the room and it’s much better, spacious room. A renovated hotel downtown looks nice but has some things that could be improved. Similar to OYO, which has gained popularity in India, Jakarta has also seen a rise in renovation-type hotels. The advantages are clear: good location, updated facilities (though the building beneath the wall is old), and efficient operations. However, soundproofing is poor due to the age of the building. I could hear the sound of a live band playing on the ground floor, even on the 5th floor, and a guest on the 3rd floor complained to the front desk the following day. The air conditioning is also outdated, leaking water from the AC on the 5th-floor corridor. There’s no privacy curtain, just blackout ones, making it hard to let in natural light. There is no car waiting zone in front. Considering the location, facilities, and operations, USD65, including tax, service, and breakfast, is reasonable.

We feeling like we stay in our home in Singapore and the place is clean quite. Only the toilet posible can be bright if possible because feel little Dim. The room is quite damp and a bit old, but the functions are quite complete. The front desk is quite rigid in handling things. The breakfast is quite rich, but I am not happy that there is no coffee machine. There is a Chinese restaurant downstairs. You can stroll downstairs, which is relatively close to the city center.
