This hotel is in an excellent location, very close to Jakarta Classic, Travel, Malio and 1001. The security guards are very responsible and will open the door for guests and pick up their luggage. The layout of the hotel is quite generous. I highly affirm and evaluate it. However, the hotel still has room for improvement: 1) The advertisement is false: Regardless of whether it is a "Deluxe King Room" or a "Superior King Room", the advertising photos are different from the actual rooms. It is obviously false advertising and is suspected of deceiving consumers. 2) There are small cockroaches in the bathroom of the room: There was corrosion under the wooden door of the bathroom in the room, and small cockroaches came out to look for food. 3) The door card management system needs to be integrated: I stayed in this hotel for 15 consecutive days and made reservations early in the day. However, the hotel was unable to integrate my reservations for 15 days, but required me to update my card information at the counter every day.
