Sory have to speak up this: Big hotel (the concept is like an apartment), the parking area is quite large but a bit neglected, the hotel is not very clean, the hallway is a bit wide, the hallway lights are a bit dim, and there are some lights that are flickering and broken (so the feel is a bit horror)🤦 Well, got room 612, the room was quite okay, the AC/hot water worked well, the bathroom was a bit small, the fatal thing was "LOTS OF SMALL COCKROACHES"😭 (Photo evidence attached). I tried calling the receptionist to report this, the response was very good, moved me to another room 626, and in this new room I found several SMALL COCKROACHES in the bathroom🤦 I felt a bit disappointed with this incident😊 In particular, the hotel management is taking the above matters seriously, improving in terms of maintenance, cleanliness, carrying out routine insect pest control, hoping that this incident will not happen again in the future.
