Overall good stay for the price. Very strategic location to go to Thamrin mall & Grand Indo/Plaza Indonesia malls. Breakfast was ok.

The hotel location is very strategic just right the opposite of thamrin city. In front of the hotel got construction work still going on. The cleanliness can definitely be improved. There are stains on the bedsheet which means they don’t change the sheet regularly. I feel a little itch when sleeping here. The liquid gel soap could be better as well. Breakfast menus can definitely be improved, taste wise, just mehhh. How can they fail sup soto and even bubur nasi 🥲

Maia Hotel is strategically located in the centre of Jakarta city. So convenient to go to many places of attractions like Thamrin City Mall and Grand Indonesia Mall. PIK By The Beach can be reached by public transportation like Gocar or Grab. The staff are also very friendly and greet their guests well.

Quite new hotel with nice decorations. Room is functional and reasonably sized. Very good air conditioning system. Decent breakfast with choices. Staff are very friendly. Tiny swimming pool and gym provided.

It's a strategic place to stay since you can walk to Thamrin City, Grand Indonesia, Plaza Indonesia, and the MRT Bundaran HI.

My 2nd or 3rd stay at this hotel. As always, love the location and its nearby ammenities. This time, find the room a bit dusty. Breakfast has improved from the last time when I stay at this hotel. Friendly staffs. Will definitely come back to stay at this hotel again. Thank you.

The hotel is very nice, the breakfast has lots of choices.

The concierge service was particularly good the day before yesterday. They were so enthusiastic and helped me call a taxi to the airport. Opposite the building downstairs is a clothing market, and a little further ahead is a large shopping mall. The breakfast waiter on the first day had good service, but the omelette he ordered was cold. On the second day, he ordered an egg and waited for 20 minutes but was not served. After asking several times, the boiled egg was brought. No fried eggs were served either. do not know why. The bath towels and quilt covers in the room were too old and had stains that couldn't be cleaned. The room is not well soundproofed. Chatting next door can be clearly heard.

Clean and value for money. Recently renovated. Very big and comfortable beds. Good size walk in shower with pressure hot water. Baaic local brreakfast with variety. Hotrl situated near 2 malls in thamarin: including Grand. Highly recommended especially for 1 or 2 days stay
