I stayed in October 6, and seventh. The service was very nice. The staff was very good. The rooms were clean and tidy. Air-conditioning was very good. The food is also great. The lobby is very heritage and look The location is fantastic in front of the Metro Station. You get the red line. The yellow line and the wallet line and you have Chandni Chowk just behind all the railway. Major railway stations are nearby and the bus station is just in front.

Property is good only rooms are ok else phone wasn't working after asking 2-3 times no one cares. Water only provided once after asking many times no one provide water. Every time i have to go to reception for any request.

Nothing is there in the room, no basic amenities, room size is very small, not like the same in the picture

This hotel location is very accessible. But it won't suit to families. The rooms are damn old that includes the beds, bathroom etc we shifted to another hotel immediately. I lost 4000+ by booking here( non refundable)

The reception did not treat the guest well. They left and chose to spend time at india gate then to be at this hotel. Long story short not at all recommended for family or guests

Hotel pricing is compare to 3 stars, service is not at all good, kitchen is only for tea and water, you feel suffocated when in room coz room are not equipped with good exhaust fans, flush usually don’t work in every rooms bathroom as i stay usually 2-3 times in a month, they just want there money and thats it no hospitality no proper management nothing… there is much to describe about this hotel
