Gli hotel Florence sono due di cui uno è Inn. Non è questo quindi il profilo TA del Florence Inn . Molte recensioni precedenti sono confondenti perché, secondo me, hanno confuso l’uno con l’altro. Quando il TO ce lo ha proposto ho fatto di tutto per farglielo cambiare poiché le recensioni non mi tranquillizzavano per niente. Ora che ci sono stata per due notti posso dire di essermi trovata bene; credo però che il TO ci abbia prenotato una camera fi livello superiore . Eravamo al terzo piano e la camera era ben insonorizzata. Di recente restauro secondo me . Niente dí lussuoso sia chiaro , nè di caratteristico o di design o che altro. Una camera normale , spaziosa , letto comodo, biancheria pulita , minibar , frigobar, pala, AC, bagno con doccia chiusa ( così non si allaga tutto il pavimento come ci è successo in altre strutture con rating ben più alto) acqua calda senza problemi. Una menzione speciale al ristorante dove le ordinazioni per la cena sono preparate al momento . Colazione sufficiente/discreta . La zona è trafficatissima , piena di negozi di gioiellerie e senza driver non ci siamo mai avventurati fuori dall’albergo,

Very neat and clean property and in prime location of karol bagh. Not given 5 star as in my stay lift was not working and my room qas at 3rd floor.

The staff is extremely helpful and polite. Rooms are clean and neat. I enjoyed the free wifi. Food was tasty aswell. The staff was always willing to assist when ever I had any difficulties. I will recommend my family and friends to use this Hotel. And it is safe aswell.
