We visited hotel southern on Jan 20-22 of 2025. , with family and 2 kids. Aged 7 and 10. We took the family suite. We read the reviews posted earlier and were sceptical but since my parents had insisted upon their experience , we decided to stay here. The room was nice and clean. There were two single beds for the kids and one double bed for us. Not much walk around space after that., but we needed that sleep space after a tiresome day of travel. The bathrooms were clean and had hot water whenever we needed . The linen and supplies were to our satisfaction. The breakfast spread was good for southindians. There was parantha and bread as well. We booked our delhi local tours from them for a very reasonable price. Everything was smooth and good. I totally recommend this .It's a very old hotel , with room very close by but decently maintained and the rooms being close by didn't cause any issue for us.

Nothing good about the hotel. Paid for two nights, arrived at 11pm so stayed for the night on dirty most UPGRADED FAMILY ROOM. checked out next morning even without asking for refund.

Good place in delhi for telugu folks
My regular place. Will get authentic and tasty andhra food at reasonable prices.
Very supportive staff. Will upgrade room with a reasonable cost subject to avwilability. Will also provide airport pickup and drop on request.
Dont expect 5 star ambiance. Will get room and service for what we pay

Worst response and behaviour of staff is very rude. Lift will not work after 9pm. You hv to go by stepa even you stay in 4th floor.
