I paid for the room and hotel manager denied us for check in because they say its non couple friendly.
I paid the whole amount and they said to cancel and will get the refund
i immediately cancelled the booking but the manager was so rude
they fought with us at night and tend to boom from hotel rather than any 3rd party website
this was all of a bluff done by hotel manager at yesterdays night shift
they completed the booking but i didnt stayed there and the money was not refunded
kindly help to refund the amount ,

Very old rooms, very old broken ac, broken washrooms, not at all recommended. Water bottle is only of 200 ml,

I tried to book our company guest house but couldn't find vacant, that's why in the last moment had to book this hotel as it has been on our company panel (bel. Stay has been good, but rooms are too congested.

Stay is good. Staff is very good. Food is average very limited items in breakfast. Location is good but getting taxi is horrible. You will not get the taxi due to huge traffic and one-way.
