Worst hotel ever booked. Lane is so small, cabs can't reach here properly. It's just a renovated lodge and not a hotel.

There was no hot water in the room that too in the month of february which is very cool compared to hyderabad. No toiletry, no daily clean.

Room and clothes are not clean. Geyser works only daytime. Lack of staff. No kettle or tea kit. Provides only 2 bottles of min water. Poor maintenance.

Hi team, i selected true stay hotel. The hotel team are loyalty people they gave good respect and provided required food and water supplements. Because of new to delhi they gave me good directions to go out. Thanks true stay team.

Bedsheet is dirty and worse with ladies hair attached to it, which is not cleaned. Bath towel is dirty and too worse room is not clean washroom is durty tap is not working and it's broken
