I did booking from agoda paid full amount also.. then when I visited hotel for check in they denied to give me room reasoning that they didn't got any info about this. I showed them email, phone pay , booking confirmation also. They were having room but they don't wanted to give me on that price so they made me waiting for 3 hrs and insisted me to cancel booking. I contacted customer support of Agoda.. they called hotel reception but they were not answering properly to them also ultimately Agoda support called me and cancelled booking. They hotel staff asked me that they can arrange room for me.. being solo I opted for another hotel but it would have been so problematic if I would Have been ***** with my family.. kindly note before doing booking in this hotel Radiance, Karol bagh
