Absolutely the worst. Never make a reservation. I didn't give you the room I booked, so I took you to the hotel next door and checked in. Absolutely the worst facilities and worst service

Very good place. The shower water was not hot at all, but it was ok.

It was close to the station and very convenient. The room was clean and there was hot water every time.
Upon arrival, we received welcome fruits and sweets. Also, when we returned to the hotel, they gave us plastic bottles and juice, which was very kind.

The location is good within walking distance from the station, and the staff is wonderful. The room is clean and the water in the shower is warm. The only problem was that the temperature of the air conditioner could not be adjusted.

All the staff are so helpful especially the lady on the desk who helped with booking a tour which I highly recommend and the security guard on the door in the day time. All speak very good English.

Nice hotel to stay, close to the train station. All good, clean, good food, they have no alcohol on the menu but can provide as necessary. The most important issue is the staff, they organize complete tours through India including bookings, tansportation on good private cars with professional drivers and tour guides. Special mention of Ms Ranjana, Mr Sinhg and Arvind. I will be here next trip to India.
