It was close to the station and very convenient. The room was clean and there was hot water every time.
Upon arrival, we received welcome fruits and sweets. Also, when we returned to the hotel, they gave us plastic bottles and juice, which was very kind.

The location is good within walking distance from the station, and the staff is wonderful. The room is clean and the water in the shower is warm. The only problem was that the temperature of the air conditioner could not be adjusted.

Un très bel accueil de la part de l’ensemble du personnel, en particulier Madame Ranjana. Toujours de bonne humeur, souriante et prête à nous aider. Les repas y sont excellents et les chambres très confortables. Nous avons eu deux chauffeurs de l’hôtel pour nos deux jours de visite. Ils ont été formidables, à l’écoute, attentionnés, de bons conseils et très préventifs. Un grand merci à toute l’équipe, vous nous avez offert un havre de paix dans cette ville qui vit à 300 à l’heure. Valentine et Rémi.

Dirty, don’t believe the photos as it’s on a disgusting street with lots of small local dirty business going on Staff were accommodating though and tried to serve as good as possible raising the star level I would not book here again despite the kind staff

Arrived in the middle of the night directly from the airport, the staff was very kind and immediately offered us fresh water. The hotel is located on a secondary road that is quite disastrous. The structure is not bad but it is neglected, my room was dirty, in my opinion the sheets had not been changed but at two in the morning I put a towel and slept. Terrible breakfast except for the scrambled eggs that I had prepared on the spot. They could do much more.

Honestly could not have asked for a better service and was well above expectation. Once checked in, a lovely women called Ranjana was extremely helpful on what to look out for and not to do. We didn’t really have a proper plan in place for India but knew what we wanted to see, so Ranjana helped us put a plan together and said she can provide us a tour of all these places with a tour guide who could speak some English. Within the hour we had a tour booked to many places such as New and Old Delhi, Agra, Jaipur, Pushkar and Udaipur. Ram our driver was amazing and spoke very good English with a very good sense of humour. Again we could not have asked for a better service. Also finally, the security *** on the door in the day time was very helpful and got use to destinations safely via a good rickshaw.
