No hygiene, bedsheets and pillow were dirty. Tv not working, staff asked for extra money for ac while ac was in amenities while booking. Tv was not working, staff switch off the ac and does not switch it on. Hotel staff also ask to not book the hotel from mm t rather book directly. No kitchen in the hotel. All the amenities shown while booking are not at all available. No support from mmt. I would think of not booking a hotel from mmt.

We stayed from 8th march to 11th march 2024 in hotel sunshine palace, karol baugh. It was a terrible experience during our stay. Third-class rooms were allotted to us. No sanitation, unhygienic rooms, no room cleaning, rude staff behavior, and used bedsheets and towels were provided. All in all, it's the worst place to stay. Please do not prefer this hotel else you will regret it at the end of your stay.
