Central Delhi Hotels with Airport pickup service

The environment is very clean and the service is very good. The service staff always smiles and tries their best to fulfill the guests' requests. The facilities here are also very complete, including the ability to exchange money, and the meals are very delicious. It is very comfortable to live here!

One of the best budget properties that I have stayed in . Firstly the hotel has a dream location, with such close proximity to major markets, tourist destinations , railway station and the airport. It is surrounded by a plethora of amazing eating joints, most of them being walking distance. The hotel has the most courteous staff who are just a call away and a very friendly and cooperative owner. The rooms are extremely and bathrooms clean and spacious. The bed and the pillows are 5 star standards. Running hot water was always available and the internet speed was brilliant. It is 3 side open property making it very well ventilated giving a very positive vibe. All in all had a brilliant stay and my only go to place when I am in Delhi. Highly recommended!

The sound insulation is very bad, the room has no privacy, the toilet lid is crooked, the shower is very cold, because there is no door, the bed and the bathroom are only one meter, the bathroom door cannot be locked from the outside, which means sleeping next to the bathroom, 555. This hotel has two buildings. We eat in the old building and live in the new building. They are 300 meters apart. The front desk of the new building is often empty, and no one answers the phone when I call. There's really nothing to eat for breakfast. I could only eat three omelettes. The coffee tastes terrible too. This price is not cost-effective at all. The pictures are beautiful, I won’t go to this place again. In comparison, I think Hotel City Star is extremely cost-effective. We stayed there the day before. The room was clean and tidy. It was like a home in China. The breakfast was rich, with both meat and vegetables. The creamy mushroom macaroni was super delicious and the coffee was fragrant. No wonder that hotel is full of foreigners. The room rate is cheap, only more than 300. .

Service form the hotel was excellent. Ac was go trip on the early morning around 2am. As soon as the complaint was registered on the reception, service boy came and tried to start. He found it was tripped on overload he gave another room to sleep. Secondly the area was very congested and the parking was paid. When we rise the concern about adding the parking amount in the booking so that the discomfort of paying for parking by the guest can be avoided. The hotel manager consulted the management they returned the parking fee for me.

The staffs are super great, they always available for anything I need information about the city. The room no was 204, Very neat and clean like picture. Room's beds are very comfortable and convenient. 24 Hrs hot and cold water is available. There is beautiful market ( main bazar )close to hotel. Highly recommended, go for it….. This property i found on make my trip portal and it was great experience of staying here. All the staff and manager was very cooperative, service was good. And definitely i will plan for next visit.

Booked a hotel. We got to it from the airport by metro. Well, it happened. No cash and no communication. Difficulty finding a hotel. He is not on the street, but in the yards. Not provided complimentary sealed water-bottles on the first day which normally every hotel provides and complimentary breakfast also not provided saying that we have not opted. It’s not good complimentary breakfast must be mandatory for every room

Location is good. It's in middle of karol bagh market. Food is also good. Service is average. But the issue is with room service. Interior of the room is average. Wallpapers are toned, some of the switch boards are broken, sockets plugs are missing, boilers are not working and even sometimes landline phone doesn't work.
