Una breve fuga dalla città è diventata un’esperienza preziosa per me e per i miei figli. E non solo per la bellezza del luogo, che lascia davvero senza fiato, dormire cullati dalle onde del mare, svegliarsi e fare un bagno privato a Cefalù ad AGOSTO, né per la comodità e maniacale pulizia dei bungalow, completi di tutto. Ma il cuore di questo posto sono i suoi dipendenti e la cura che hanno avuto per noi, indipendentemente dal fatto che eravamo lì solo per una notte siamo stati trattati con tantissime premure, attenzioni e gentilezze. Finalmente un posto in cui i bambini sono i benvenuti! Menzione d’onore anche la Colazione eccellente e piena di scelta, prodotti di ottima qualità, servizio eccellente.

We spend the whole holiday in one hotel, the Hotel Calanica Resort in Cefalù. The resort has 26 bungalows, inspired by the Polynesian huts, but comfortable and furnished like a modern hotel room overlooking the sea. The bungalows were cute and very clean. They offer enough space, and the view of the sea was fantastic. There is a small table with two chairs in front of the entrance. I could just sit there for hours and watch the sea. The only small drawback was the shower. It could have worked a little better. The restaurant and bar were great. The food was very tasty and the service was very friendly. Although we were told before the holiday that Sicilians are not always so friendly, I can say the opposite from my own experience. The beach doesn't get full marks for me. The view is great, the sun loungers and parasols were also very good, but the location was not quite ideal. There was no direct access to the sea. You had to keep going up the stairs and down the other side to get into the sea. It wasn't bad, but I think there is still room for improvement.

Wir waren 2 Wochen an diesem schönen Ort. Es war sehr entspannend und ein guter Ausgangspunkt um die Umgebung zu erkunden. Dir Aussicht ist einfach herrlich. Die Mitarbeiter sind unglaublich nett und zuvorkommend. Die Bungalows sind etwas klein, aber gut ausgestattet und für eine dreiköpfige Familie gut geeignet. Wir können dieses Resort nur empfehlen und waren bestimmt nicht zum letzten Mal dort😊

Hotel Calanica and it’s location is superb. The staff were so lovely - helpful, fun, easy-going and accommodating. Our thanks to Lucia, Mateo, Marco, Gian Carlo, Elisa, Gianni & their colleagues. Our bungalow, perched on the hillside, was clean, comfortable and private, perfect for couples who’d rather stay away from busy family hotels. Excellent, quiet air-con & good wi-fi all the way down to the sea. The sun deck was wonderful - peaceful & quiet. We brought full mask snorkels & loved exploring the rocky coastline as the water was warm, clear & full of interesting fish! Swimming shoes are useful for the pebbles. Plenty of towels provided, & bar service too. The views from every part of the complex were spectacular. Breakfast had the perfect array of fruit, bread, savoury items & lovely omelettes. We had a few lunches & dinners there, all totally delicious. The only downside of this hotel would be that its hilly aspect might not suit people with mobility problems, or those who simply do not like a hill! Especially in the hottest months. However, Reception orders taxis into the fantastic little town of Cefalu (otherwise a 3k walk) if required. Really recommend this little, out of the way hotel, especially for a first holiday away without kids!

Das kleine Hotel befindet sich kurz vor Cefalu in Hanglage mit traumhaftem Ausblick. Zu erreichen in ca. 80 bis 90 Minuten vom Flughafen Palermo. Es handelt sich bei dem Hotel um eine Bungalowanlage mit 37 Einheiten mit eigenem Zugang zum Meer. Der Strand ist felsig und Baden sollte man nur, wenn es die Brandung zulässt.

Great bungalows, amazing views, beautiful sunset, nice beach swimming and beach bar. Not too far from Cefalù town though much easier if you have a car. Maybe avoid the onsite bar/restaurant as you’re kind of “captive” so the service and food are pretty average and over priced. Other options around including a nice pizza place on the site near the swimming pool and then there is Cefalù itself with lots of better quality restaurants.

Hotel à taille humaine : 30 bungalows haut de gamme dispersés dans la colline. La vue est splendide. On surplombe la mer , c'est magnifique ! Le personnel est adorable , très serviable et plaisante même avec vous ! Les repas sont quelconques : service à table et peu copieux . Par contre , le petit déjeuner est super ! L'hôtel est un peu éloigné du centre de Cefalu , et il faut pouvoir marcher car tout est en montées et descentes . Il y a un service de bus mais il faut bien surveiller les horaires. Aucune animation dans l'hôtel. Bon séjour dans l'ensemble

Hôtel magnifique, vue imprenable, repas d exception et surtout, le personnel au top : accueil chaleureux, sourire, gentillesse, efficacité. Hôtel très familial, idéal pour les personnes qui recherchent le calme. Sauf, pour les personnes à mobilité réduite, il y a beaucoup d escaliers.
