總體對這家民宿不滿意，是我們這次意大利行程中住宿墊底的一家，兩個原因，一、我們早就告知攜程到達Cefalu火車站時間大概在19:19左右，結果在我們從Taormina 去cefalu的火車上接到攜程電話，説是因為5.1的原因，前台18:00下班。很離譜吧，我們早就訂好了5.1的當晚住宿，難道民宿可以隨意更改入住時間的嗎，雖然最後攜程協調到了20:00，但給我們的體驗很不好，何況我們到了民宿，也沒人在，過了10分鐘左右才領了其他客人過來。二、因為我們第二天下午才離開Cefalu，我就跟民宿説退房後再寄存行李到13:00左右，攜程訂單上寫得很清楚，24小時前台，可以免費寄存行李，結果被一口拒絕，沒有任何理由，就是不給寄存行李，他們衹是給我們推薦了火車站附近一家可以寄存行李的場所，實際上也沒有用，因為那家店在我們需要取行李的時間段是休息的。本想給差評，但想想他們也不容易，就給了3分

Ottimo soggiorno di una notte. Accoglienza fantastica e disponibilità dei proprietari. Camera e bagno pulitissimi. Colazione genuina e abbondante. Parcheggio interno comodissimo I nostri cani accolti senza problemi. Consigliatissimo.

In the discretion of the property, states 24 hours front desk staff is available. That’s not true. We had to wait in street for the owner to come to check in. It was a little inconvenient.
