Dear sirs, I am not happy with your hotel service. Your service was very appalling and sub standard service. There was no welcome water throughout our stay in your hotel. I am 68 years old with my 39years old daughter. I don't drink anything cold, but there was no kettle to boil water in the hotel, l was going downstairs to get hot water, and the coffee maker in the room 405 is leaking water on the table whenever my daughter tries to get hot coffee or water. The room was not properly cleaned and no shower cap for us to use and only one soap was given to two of us. Even, on Tuesday when l got to the restaurant for breakfast at 8.40am to get the oatmeal, the staff already taken the pot, when l ask for the oatmeal, l was told it has finished. In which we saw the restaurant staff having it later. I think, the staff are very selfish and not care for their guests. Your hotel doesn't care for the elderly people. Lack of empathy and support. Therefore, for the appalling service points above, the money you took from my account doesn't justify the service l received. I will request for a refund of two nights please.
