Hotels near Super Metro Gaisano, Cebu

I liked the friendly staff and the accommodation was very clean. However, the location is a bit ambiguous and the surrounding area is really just a neighborhood where people live, so it was great except for the location.

We loved this hotel. Attached to malls downstairs made it convenient as well as their free multiple daily shuttle to Cebu’s Ayala Malls and soon to make available daily free shuttle to the airport would make this hotel a stand out. Now let’s talk about their pools, hotel view and breakfast. Breathtaking!!!! Pool staff were great on both pool location (4th and 5th floor). Buffet breakfast has all that you can ask for. The view from room to pool, to gym to main restaurant are spectacular! You will have a view of the ocean, the city lights, the bridge and the mountains. Just an amazing location. Staff were super helpful all the way down to finding the right mode of transport when we checked out. This hotel will now be our go to accommodation preference for Cebu.

The facility is clean and peaceful. The swimming pool is also clean and everyone got to enjoy swimming. The gym is also very nice and not crowded. The staff are courteous and friendly.

The place is clean. We arrived at the hotel earlier, we stayed in the garden for a while and the great thing there is they have available sockets, so we charge our gadgets. Also, even the guards on duty during night shift, they are friendly and helpful. Thanks

It's like a home stay in your ansestral house. its a short stay but I was able to rest well. Hopefully they'll get to change the Jurassic TV on some of their rooms. Cebu as it's finest!

It wasn't very clean. There was no water in the room. The staff were friendly, but the Chinese manager who seemed to be the owner was not friendly.

Hotel wasn’t horrible but I just think I came at wrong time. Hotel needs a little renovation done to brighten up pool areas. They were a bit run down. While I was staying there I barely had hot water. And when water did work the pressure was low. Besides that, the room was pretty clean and modern. The service staff were good. The door man and door people were friendly. They had a nice gym with almost every machine,a spa, mini casino and a restaurant in the building. You can get your laundry done for very cheap in tower 2 of the building. Overall it was decent if you are passing through cebu. The location is pretty good because you are next to a lot in city. But it is very busy when you exit hotel.

CHECK IN - the welcome was warm. Greeted by the security at the lobby and instructed to go to 3rd floor (main lobby) for checkin. Approached the front desk and the woman I spoke with (she was the manager I guess) told me to wait because rooms are still not ready since they were fully booked from yesterday's event. A few minutes later they approched and.proceeded with checkin. They gave us a room, away from the main elevator (which I requested), but gave us the the accessible room just beside the service elevator. I guess they have overbooked because I heard someone said, ”to release the buffer rooms.” The front desk lady who assisted me was nice and courteous. The only thing that was off from that experience was the tone of voice of the lady manager. I guess the regional accent was a factor, but I can sense she was judging me for my looks because I was only wearing slippers that time, and she can't find my booking at first, because it was a last minute booking. Not really creating an issue out of that, but just saying, don't judge, and please, the tone of voice. THE ROOM - everything was great, just a basic room. PROS: A bed, the lights, there's a smart TV, water heater and 2 mugs, a pitcher and 2 water glasses, towels, toothbrush, a hairdryer, 2 rolls of tissue paper, body wash and shampoo refills, airconditioning, and a water refill station near the elevator, hot and cold water in the bathroom. CONS: they could have added slippers (even the reusable ones) because the floor is very cold. The room that was given to us had its bathroom tiles not set properly or balanced, so the water is everywhere in the bathroom instead of going to the drain. RESTAURANT - there's free breakfast at the resto called Seaedr Prime. There's not much from the breakfast menu, and the bangus was not available. It includes the main dish plus fried rice, coffee, and fruit. They had watermelons served during our 2 night stay. SERVICE - it was great. The housekeeper cleaned the room while we're away. OVERALL - I would definitely book this hotel again for a very good deal. Location is nice and I would even compare it to a Holiday Inn.

The hotel is located close to all the major historical and cultural sights (cathedrals, museums, casas, port - it'll take you 20 minutes maximum to get anywhere you want on foot). There are two 7-Eleven shops and a couple of malls with huge supermarkets nearby. The hotel offers breakfast as advertised, but also lunch and dinner. I didn't book it during my stay, though, because the variety wasn't particularly striking to my taste. The room is OK: quite spacious and not too dark. The cleaning service functions daily. They don't offer any water or toothbrushes/toothpaste. The AC is pretty old and loud, but it is often the case in cities other than Manila (judging from my experience). Personally, I didn't have any problems during my stay there.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The location, while fairly central, was a bit challenging to find, especially for first-time visitors. Clearer directions or better signage would have helped. One of the small but noticeable inconveniences was the absence of slippers in the room, which is something many travelers, including myself, often appreciate for comfort. Additionally, the noise from outside the hotel could be disturbing at times, especially at night, which affected the overall tranquility of the stay. That said, the saving grace was the service. The staff was attentive, friendly, and professional, always willing to assist with a smile. Despite the few drawbacks, their hospitality made a positive impact, making the overall experience more pleasant.
