Hotels near Sugbo Mercado - IT Park, Cebu

Very well maintained room. Appreciated the complimentary snacks. Haven’t tried any amenities as we go to work and just rest after. The buffet and cocktails were so good, I thought I gained after our 5 days stay.

I stayed here with my brother and we enjoyed our stay. It’s located very near (within walking distance) of a small mall (Parkmall, a very simple mall with a lot of food establishments a National Bookstore, and a Savemore grocery store), and fairly near SM JMall (around 2km away). The amenities are good, but I think it lacks sockets. There is one by the coffee maker, one of the lamps, and under the room phone socket in between the beds, but that one doesn’t work. Upon entering the hotel, you are required to place your bags and belongings in a tray and put it through the X-ray machine, which is good for extra safety but can feel a little bit annoying at times (I don’t like the machine flaps touching my things and just tolerate it at airports since it’s required). The staff was able to get us a room upgrade for free and followed my request of 2 beds instead of a queen -sized bed, which I requested in advance; although my request of a room near an elevator was not able to be accommodated as all the other rooms were occupied. Service is good and they were able to get me an adapter (which I tried to use to get the power socket near the bed to work), but delivery was quite slow. Overall, I would recommend bai hotel for its location, friendly staff, and amenities offered (just wish that the outlet near the bed worked).

Loved my stay at Fili Hotel Nustar Cebu! The hotel is grand, and everything feels fresh and new. The building has a modern design, and the lobby greets you with a pleasant scent. Room The room is spacious, featuring a bathtub, a large shower room, and a high-tech toilet with multiple features. The bed is incredibly comfortable, and the room is clean, bright, and well-maintained. However, housekeeping could use some improvement. They forgot to replace my towels for two consecutive days after removing them. I had to call and request hand towels, bath towels, and a floor mat to be sent to the room. Amenities The hotel offers impressive pools: • A large pool on Level 5, though accessing it requires passing through guest rooms, which feels a bit awkward. • An infinity pool on Level 4, conveniently located next to the restaurant. The connected mall is still under development, so there aren’t many shops open yet. Other than the casino, there’s not much to do within the complex. Dining Breakfast was a highlight! The variety was impressive, with many local dishes to try. The dessert counter offered plenty of choices, and I especially enjoyed the hot chocolate, banana turon, and freshly baked bread. There’s even a dedicated counter for Korean food. Location The hotel is conveniently located just a 5-minute drive (without traffic) from SM Mall. However, getting a Grab from the mall back to the hotel during peak hours can be challenging due to traffic congestion. Overall Experience Despite minor hiccups with housekeeping and the underdeveloped mall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The combination of luxurious rooms, excellent amenities, and delightful dining makes Fili Hotel a fantastic choice in Cebu.

Very nice place for family and friends.the property is big so you can walk around without bumping with other guests. Rooms are clean and spacious.the good is great too!

My children had a fantastic time at this place! They enjoyed the waterpark so much that they spent the entire day there. Pororo Land was also a fun experience, although I felt that the two hours allotted wasn't quite enough and seemed a bit pricey. Nevertheless, we all really enjoyed the various activities my partner and the kids participated in. Overall, it was a memorable day!

I was pleasantly surprised to be allowed an early check-in, which made my trip so much more comfortable. The hotel’s environment is beautiful and well-maintained, providing a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. What truly stood out was the staff—they were incredibly polite and welcoming, always greeting me with a smile whenever I passed by. Their attention to detail and warmth made my stay feel extra special. I highly recommend for anyone looking for great service and a delightful experience!

We booked two rooms and we were only able to get one room when we checked in and the other room an hour and a half after! We followed up multiple times and complained about how the room wasn’t ready when it’s already the check-in time. They told us that the staff was already on the way up to bring the key card for the other room yet it took a long time (given the fact that the rooms were just at the second floor, above the lobby) when we followed up for the third time, we were told that the card was being brought from the main wing that’s why it’s taking so long like? we literally got the key card from our first room on the front desk lobby below our floor (ocean wing). They are also very strict about the room capacity that you have to pay 3k plus to pay for an extra person unlike other four-five star hotels. The room was also dusty, my boyfriend kept sneezing non-stop when we went in the room and had to take anti-histamine. Facilities were great though.
