Subject: Worst Service and Disappointing Stay
I recently stayed at your hotel, and I must say it was an incredibly frustrating experience. From the moment I arrived, I encountered the worst service I have ever experienced in a hotel. The front office staff was unhelpful, and my room was not ready at check-in time, resulting in a significant delay that was not communicated effectively. Unfortunately, there was no effort from the management to address this inconvenience or offer any form of service recovery, which was deeply disappointing.
Additionally, the condition of the room itself was unacceptable. The outdated decor was one thing, but the moldy smell was truly off-putting. It made my stay uncomfortable and left a negative impression.
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant experience. There are far better options available.
