I had a very comfortable stay. It's about a 5-minute walk to Ayala Center, so it's in a great location if you're spending time in the IT park. I'd love to stay here again.

I booked this hotel because my niece loved it the first time we went there. However, my requests for this stay were not met. I requested for the 2 beds to be put together so that my niece can sleep without fear of falling. I also requested for a print saying Happy Birthday as this was supposed to be a surprise trip. They did it last year when i requested for it, but they didn’t accommodate it this time. I also noticed that the room was not as clean as before, with towels looking a bit dirty.

Overall it was good, but one day they forgot to put towels in the room and the room service phone number was always unreachable, which was a bit strange.
