The room were amazing we stay a Jr suit on the 8th floor and the executive room on the 11th the hotel it self is not very big perfect if your a bit of a introvert person . Ok WiFi on the 3 floor and great WiFi on the 11th also the was steaming hot if I wanted that hot . The life band were good and the buffet was good they changed the food every day ,( example chicken curry one day then chicken adobo) best and worst part in my opinion No pool Best part was the location There also a karaoke rooms for rent with food and drinks service

The location is perfect right beside malls, convenient stores, spas and coffee shops. The staffs are okay, although I didn't like the night shift guard on the parking area - he's tone is very sarcastic. The foods were good, not that wow. It ia good for business trip but not for leisure since they don't really have an amenities where you can enjoy staycation like a swimming pool. But overall it's a good experience.

Breakfast was cusine that type was not our type and no good tasty. Outside machine (cars, motorcycle) sounds very high it was affect our sleep. There haven't kids area (pool, playground etc) so we made early check out and moved other hotel😒 Metro departmend and ayala market was near only 400m you can walk there.

It was clean and spacious. The location was a plus points. Check-in was smooth, too.

We recently stayed at Elizabeth Hotel as a family and had a generally pleasant experience. The hotel place in located within the busy Cebu City Metropolis accessible to major Malls, Banks, Food outlets and other hotel buildings. You can feel the vibrant City life when you step out of your room especially during the prime hours of the night. Although quite a bit old, the facade of the hotel is clean. Some unpleasant odor of cleansing solution in the floor facade during my check-in date. Overall, the hotel stay is good.

Great place the best hotel to stay in Cebu Great for families and very convenient.

Was able to check in hour before 2pm coz we arrived earlier than expected. Thanks to the management. My daughter loves the place

Excellent location! Less than 5 minutes walk from Ayala mall, and 7Eleven. Staff friendly and helpful. Only issue is the mild moldy smell in the room and along room corridors.

I booked with breakfast. My flight was early in the morning. Usually the breakfast start at 6am. But I requested a breakfast takeaway because 6am should be late. The manager said that the breakfast time would open at 5.30am and it was not necessarily a takeaway because I could enjoy the breakfast. I went to the place and it's still closed. I lost the breakfast, I didn't receive a takeaway and I paid for that. I do not recommend this Hotel. The electric plugs are different and if you don't have an adapter, the hotel will sell to you one.

"I arrived earlier than expected, having booked an early flight after a night shift without sleep. However, they accommodated me and provided an early check-in free of charge, which I truly appreciated since I was exhausted. The room was incredibly comfortable, and the staff, especially at the reception, were exceptionally nice. I also loved their breakfast buffet – the food was amazing! This hotel is definitely one of the best in the city center, conveniently close to all establishments."
