The hotel facilities are very old and the cleaning needs to be improved. The location of the hotel is very good. There are orchestra performances in the restaurant on weekends and holidays. There is a large shopping mall next to the hotel, which is convenient for shopping.

The staff was kind and the breakfast was delicious. The room was spacious and clean. There was a convenience store nearby and I could walk to Ayala Mall. It was better than I expected.

The location is perfect right beside malls, convenient stores, spas and coffee shops. The staffs are okay, although I didn't like the night shift guard on the parking area - he's tone is very sarcastic. The foods were good, not that wow. It ia good for business trip but not for leisure since they don't really have an amenities where you can enjoy staycation like a swimming pool. But overall it's a good experience.

Used to stay here almost every week when my mom’s still alive, she loved this hotel bcoz of the people and its accessibility. I decided to stay here again (the last time was 2023) and it did not disappoint. May not be a new hotel, but remains clean, personnel (frontdesk/security/housekeeping/restaurant) were kind and pleasant👍👍
