The elevator during our stay was malfunctioning multiple times including rlectricity. Not sure if there is a backup generator.

I recently stayed at Cebu Parklane International Hotel and overall had a pleasant experience. The hotel is well-maintained, and the staff was courteous and attentive, making my stay comfortable. The room was clean, spacious, and equipped with all the amenities I needed, making it a cozy retreat after a day of exploring Cebu.
One downside, however, was the inconvenience caused by the numerous conventions taking place during my stay. This led to long wait times for the elevators, which was a bit frustrating, especially during peak hours. Despite this, the hotel's central location and quality service made up for it, and I would still recommend it to others looking for a comfortable stay in Cebu.

We stayed in Cebu City for one night with our family. We booked two Park Room Plus rooms and enjoyed the perks, such as free minibar, free afternoon tea (including yakisoba noodles), and free laundry. It wasn't luxurious, but it had a pool, good access to the shopping center, and was good value for money.

Most equipment very old , bathtub with stain .
No USB charging which is very common nowadays.
But I can say location is good and staff mostly very friendly.

Housekeeping needs to be more alert when they do a made-up room as they forget to replace my towel after cleaning up my room. Need to call to reception for the bath towels.

Thank you Parklane for the good customer service and awesome location. The breakfast buffet Puto is the best Puto I have tasted. The location is right in front of a mall and generally safe. Will come back again!
