Receptionist are too slow to entertain us. First in line to queue but waited for 30 minutes before our check in was processed.
Housekeeping forgot our towels.
Could have improved there services.

Did not feel welcome at all, someone searched my bags prior entering the hotel, check in made me feel unwelcome as well, a big smile but asking for deposit and bombarding me with a ton of rules, room was noisy and not clean, lots of dust, even some potato chips on the furniture... Location is good though and there is a ******, but that's it, overpriced.

Good location and near to various attractions
. Check-in took abit of time but it went well. Faciliates in the room is abit old and some was even rusty, might need to look into upgrading some of the taps and shower heads
