Ambiguous impression of the hotel
. It seemed beautiful and shiny, especially the lobby, but the room itself was dirty, there was a large tuft of black hair lying around.
At first I thought it was a mouse. I was scared.
I am blonde, but there were long black hairs all around the room. By the sofa, by the bed, in the bathroom.
Horrible, unpleasant.
There wasn't even a spoon in the room to stir the coffee.
What I liked: the hotel is located very close to the shopping center, 5 minutes across the passage.
We stocked up there before going to Maalboal.

The hotel is very nice and modern. Breakfast and lunch are excellent. Not all the staff are always kind and helpful. Some are. Others are less so. It's like the other 5-star hotels I've visited where no one accompanies you to your room and no one helps you with your luggage.

It was nice that it was close to the airport and there was a shopping mall right next to the hotel, so it was convenient~! The swimming pool was also pretty~!

Before we submitted our booking,We requested to extend one room untill 6pm..We expect to pay a day or what the hotel policy is as our flight was a bit late at night.Unfortunately,Kicking us out at 1pm.So,we just went to the SM killing our time and came back to the concierge to get our luggages and went to the toilet to get changed and get ready for our flight home.We were so embarrased cos we were just in the hotel entrance corner unpacking and packing our luggages and their were a high profile people passing and stirring on us as there were two events happening in that night(5-6 pm).
And ooh…there smart tv only accepted android to watch netflix.
Otherwise,its a great hotel and crossed the road to the mall.

Breakfast is delicious. Be sure to add it. It was nice that it was connected to SM Mall. The room and bathroom were big and clean. But there was a stain on the bed. And there was a bug that looked like a teacher.
