Top-tier service! The staffs are very approachable, respectful, and helpful. The place is also very clean and very aesthetic. The food is awesome! No wonder why they won the best buffet award. This is by far the best buffet we experienced. Would love to come back soon. Thank you for the amazing service!

The breakfast was very varied and wonderful. I've stayed at many hotels in the Philippines, but I'd like to stay here again. I'll definitely make a reservation next time in May. *** is nice, but it was a shame that the elderly people were taking up space without playing the games and I couldn't play the machines I wanted.

The smell of anime tea was amazing. They took me to the airport for free with a shuttle bus. The breakfast was lavish and delicious, and the staff were friendly and polite. I was very satisfied. I would like to use it again.

Fili Hotel in Nustar Cebu is an amazing place to stay. Their customer service, cleanliness, amenities, food and everything is top notch. I'm so happy we spent our 10 year anniversary here. Our son loved everything in the place too. We are definitely coming back

*** It's a great place for those who enjoy it, but I don't recommend it to general travelers because the location is far away
We didn't enjoy ***, but we had fun at the large hotel pool and Seaside Mall, which is close by.
