The room doesn't get cleaned every day, and there’s no hair dryer or glass for drinking even the complimentary coffee or tea. They also don't provide slippers or a mat to wipe your feet after using the toilet. I think breakfast should be ready by 7 am since it's served on a plate and the choices are pretty limited. It takes way too long to cook each dish, especially when a bunch of guests show up at the same time. Plus, starting breakfast at 7 am is too late for guests who have early tours planned.

1) Cons
- very dirty, the shower is terrible, the kitchen too, the faucets, the walls, the floors, the windows. The dirtiest hotel I've ever been to
- the air conditioner is ancient, very noisy
- there is no hot water at all
- a bit dark in the room
- we went to have breakfast, the dining room is terrible, dirty
2) Pros
- the breakfast is meager, but you can eat
- the hotel staff are hospitable, smiling, like most Filipinos
- good location relative to shopping centers, and the airport is a 30-minute taxi ride
