Our recent stay at Lex Hotel Cebu was truly delightful, earning a well-deserved 5/5 across the board for cleanliness, location, service, and food.
From the moment we arrived, the hotel impressed with its impeccable cleanliness, which was evident throughout the lobby, common areas, and our room. The location is fantastic, offering convenient access to various points of interest in Cebu.
The service was exceptional. The staff were incredibly accommodating, promptly addressing all our requests with a friendly and efficient demeanor. This was particularly highlighted when we encountered a couple of minor technical issues in our room – a leaking toilet and an unstable TV due to a rack problem. The hotel staff responded immediately and resolved both issues swiftly and effectively, minimizing any inconvenience.
A major highlight of our stay was the breakfast buffet. The variety of food choices was extensive and every dish was delicious, making for a perfect start to each day. Our room also offered a fantastic view of the city, adding to the overall positive experience.

Nice hotel close to Mango square and nightlife. Great buffet breakfast and comfortable comfortable bed. Just the a/c wasn't as strong as it could have been

A very pleasant establishment, with excellent bedding and virtually silent air conditioning. The staff is very attentive and helpful. The gym and pool are a big plus. The restaurant offers excellent food. Its location in the city center makes it easy to reach the attractions.
Written instructions on how to turn on the exercise equipment in the gym would be welcome.
The street is noisy, even at night. Earplugs are helpful.

I stayed here on a trip with friends, and it was very convenient as it was in the center of Cebu City and close to the places I wanted to go.
Everyone at the hotel was kind and the service was good. They didn't speak any Japanese, but they were able to communicate in simple English. I thought the shower water pressure was a bit low and it was a bit old, but considering the value for money, I'd like to stay here again.
