It's an older hotel with average sanitation and good bedding. The room just doesn't face the street, so I slept well. A deposit of 500p is required to check in.

Spacious clean room. Good Wi-Fi. There is a cooler with hot and cold water on the floor. Several types of breakfast, delicious. Located 15 minutes walk from the business center of Seba.
No toilet paper, a little noisy from the road.

When you are on a tight budget, you will really go for affordable hotels or inns like All Son's Inn. The lobby is so fragrant in contrast to the room. The room doesn't smell nice. The bedding and towels seem already used. The room looks old, dark, dirty and kinda creepy. But, I enjoyed their veranda at the 6th floor tho. I hope the mgt will renovate it's rooms because location wise, it's near to everything.

Location was good, staff are friendly. But had problem with the room, killed 10 cockroaches within an hour.
