I Booked a suite room for family members with a baby and a girl 8 years old.. They first only get a standard room, after they said they will contact *******, they get a family room. The room was very dirty, lot of flees and cockroach! The toilet was dirty, and it was a bad smell there. They get a lot of bites from the flees. So stay away from this hotel

Smelly Room and denied the suite I booked.
Booked king size suite and got a small double decker room with AC upstairs only and the Tv was above your headboard. The room smelled horrible and they would not honor the king size suite that was booked. Said it wasn’t available even though I paid and booked it online. They said if I don’t want the room they are giving me that I could leave. Will never and I urge you not to book here ever also.

Shower tap is too old , needs replacement.
There is no hot water running consistently for shower.
The WiFi Internet is not functioning well.

When I arrived the staff was not interested, they gave me a room key and I entered the room. No clean sheets on the bed, a television which not work but gave blue light, no warm shower. I have travelled a lot but this was by far the worst "hotel" I have ever experienced. NEVER AGAIN, STAY AWAY.
