This is the most disgusting hotel I have ever lived in. The room is terribly dirty. Everything is shabby, but the worst thing is the cockroaches. They are everywhere!!! There are not even glasses in the room, no kettle, there is a cooler with lukewarm water on the first floor. We were not even given soap. In general, I will never recommend this stinking hole to anyone, all the reviews are lies.

Great location, close to attractions, ports and shopping malls. We didn't take a taxi, we walked everywhere.
Cons:
-The rooms are very small.
-If the window faces the road (and most of them do), it's impossible to sleep, it's very noisy.
-We saw a big cockroach. But once (in 2 days at the hotel).
Not enough light
Pros:
-Price
-Clean
-The girl at the reception is really cool. She was always helping us. I don't remember her name, but she really made this hotel a better place.
In general, for the price, for 1 night - ok. For longer - not so much. Although I don't know what else there is in Cebu for such prices.
The rating is rather positive, but I would look at other options next time.
I wish the owners not to lose the employee, she makes this place (not tall, a little plump).
