Hotel was clean and comfortable and the staff very helpful and accommodating. Located in easy walking distance to Ayala Mall. I felt like it was a very good value for the price.

Cons: very "tired" hotel, it would be good to do a renovation. The first room was terrible, but they changed it to a more or less acceptable one. The plumbing did not work very well, old noisy air conditioners, gray but clean linen, cockroaches. Pros: the main advantage of the hotel is the friendly and helpful staff. And delicious breakfasts, maybe the choice of dishes is small, but everything is well prepared. Well, the location of the hotel is just great.

Hotel Review: A Disappointing Stay
My stay at this hotel was nothing short of frustrating. The issues started right at check-in when they refused to allow early check-in, even though my room was ready. It wasn’t a matter of hours—just a few minutes—but they still wouldn’t budge. This lack of flexibility and customer service was a bad start.
Once I got to the room, things only got worse:
1. Hygiene Issues: The bathroom was in poor condition, with a dirty towels. It made me question the overall cleanliness of the room.
2. Dirty Bed Sheets: The bedding was stained, making it clear that housekeeping standards were not being upheld.
3. Busted Lights: The light fixture above the mirror was broken, which made the room feel neglected and poorly maintained.
4. Ceiling Light Fixture Issues: The overhead light was also missing its cover, and one of the light was also busted - adding to the overall lack of upkeep.
5. The Smelly and Dark Hallway which makes you think of all those creepy things in every hotels stories.
Between the poor cleanliness, lack of maintenance, and their unwillingness to be even slightly accommodating at check-in, I can’t recommend this hotel. There are definitely better options available.
