This place is recommendable. It is just in the down town. Very near colon, also near sto. Niño and sto. Rosario church. Very quiet and clean. Just what we are looking for in our 1 night stay in the city. We will definitely come back in the future. Thank you

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. I booked 5 rooms, and none of them were functioning well. One room had cockroaches, another had an aircon problem where water was pouring out non-stop because it was broken. I even have a video showing the water coming out. By morning, one pail was completely full. There were just too many issues across all the rooms.
On top of that, there’s no elevator, no parking, no hot water, and you’re stuck using a disgusting pail instead of a proper shower setup. They didn’t even provide towels. The hallways and rooms were dirty, and the pillows were beyond gross.
I really don’t recommend this hotel. To the owner: please listen to your guests’ feedback and take action. Your staff is doing their best, but they need more help. One cleaner can’t manage everything. It's clear that the hotel needs better management, maintenance, and basic facilities.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. We loved the convenient location close to major attractions.

It has been our go to hotel when we are going to visit Cebu City for the reason that it is located downtown which is very accessible to Colon and Sto. Nino Church. The place inside is also spacious and quiet.

I always choose this hotel because it's just a walking distance to my bro-in-law's appointment. Fast checkin and checkout process, no hassle at all. It's also clean and well-maintained place.
