Budget hotel. Location is near from the Commercial Center. Staff were friendly, and accommodating. Room was simple yet its clean with hot and cold shower, have TV. Water dispenser is available outside the room. But i think beddings needs for replacement.( dirty white already).

We checked into Pillows hotel on the 24th Dec 2024. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They directed us to to the restaurants and how to get to the bus terminals. We checked out on the 25th Dec. We stayed in the standard room and it was everything you need and the price you pay is worth more than you get. They also have a gym on the 7th floor.
Very safe area to walk around at night as well.
I rebooked again to stay in the deluxe suit from the 6 - 8 Jan 2025 and my word was i blown away. The room is massive, large bathroom. Plenty of space. The bed is 10/10 and even the pillows were supper
comfortable. They also have free water outside every room from the filtration water dispenser.

This is our first time to check-in in this hotel and our experience was great. The room is huge and clean. I can say that the owner is generous enough to offer an affordable room with breakfast. In addition, the staff were friendly. The netflix is a plus, we really enjoy watching our favorite Korean series. It feels like we are just at home. Thank you. We'll book again next week.
