나는 Trip. come 을 통해 deluxe king bed room으로1박을 예약하였음. 새벽에 프런트에 도착한 후에 직원들의 태도가 불친절함은 물론이고 무례했으며 심지어 거짓말까지 하였음.
1.호텔예약 바우처를 보여줬는데도 이메일로 보내라고 하였음.
wifi도 되지 않아서 못보낸다고 하니까 직원이 휴대폰에 저장된 바우처를 사진촬영했음.
2. 부부가 여행을 온것을 뻔히 알면서도 twin bed로 방을 배정했음. 나는 deluxe king bed room으로 예약했다고 하니까 그제서야 원래 예약한 방을 배정하였음. Trip.com에. 확인해보니 내가예약한것은 deluxe king bed room으로 확인했음.
3.체크인시 wifi 연결방법을 안내받고 방에들어와 여러번 시도했으나 연결되지 않았음 30분동안 시도후 프런트에 연락하니까 그제서야 연결됨
4.체크인시 조식먹을 수 있는 식당에대한 안내를 해주지 않아서 아침에 당황했지만 다른 직원에게 물어서 찾아갈수 있었음.
5. 새벽에 체크인하고 잠깐잠들었다가 조식후 숙면을 취하는데 10시에 직원이 벨을 여러번 눌러서 잠을 깨웠음. 왜그러냐고 물으니까 방을 연장할 것인지를 확인한다는 거라고 말했음. 너무 어이가 없었음.
결론:호텔정책은 고객에게 양질의 서비스를 제공하여 고객이 편안하게 지낼 수 있게해야하는데도 고객은 생각하지 않고 호텔측의 편의를 더 우선시 하는거 같았음.
고객인 내가 할 수 있는 가장 강력한 처분은 다시 방문하지 않는 것이므로 그렇게 말하고 나왔음.

Отель просто отличный! Прекрасный завтрак, услужливый персонал, большие номера, очень чисто. Рядом огромнейший ТЦ, очень удачно там пошопились.
Но имейте ввиду, по состоянию на февраль 2025г. бассейн не работал. Персонал заказывал нам такси, и мы ехали в другой их филиал поплавать. 10 минут примерно.

新しいしロケーションは良いが、モールが近いはずなのに帰りは迷子になりました 残念だったのは、チェックインの際、前の客が雑談をしながらダラダラ手続きをしていたので、10分ぐらい待たされました。あり得ません。
