The host is not approachable & very rude. He even made a commotion at the front desk with the security personnel. Very arrogant host (foreigner)
I will never come again. Bad experience so far. So not advisable to anyone for this certain host.

We love our room, it’s so cozy and clean. The only is the service coz when my daughter was still swimming at the pool around 9pm, the guard shut the lights off which made her scared. Also, pay park should only be for non customers. No food available so we need to order using grab and the driver cant deliver the food at the room nor leave the food at the lobby it is so inconvenient to go down everytime
we buy food. That’s all . Thank you!

The place is nice and near IT park. Although, we had difficulty checking in because when I show the confirmation booking voucher to the guard in the lobby he said, he doesn’t know anything about that and is asking for the unit no. where we will be staying (which we don’t know) partly my fault as well because I did not check the hotel’s messages to me, prior our check in time. The pillow case doesn’t smell that good, but Other than that, the view is nice, TV is functioning, the room has a refrigerator, a microwave, and a wide pool which my friends and I enjoyed.

I highly recommend this place because it is very comfortable to sleep in, you can cook your own food, and the swimming pool is also very satisfying.
