Excellent location. Chalets well spread out. Beach a few minutes away almost as an extension of the hotel. Excellent bars & restaurants with good live bands a few minutes away.
Would definitely visit again.

Really badly run hotel, At first they could not find my booking then they checked me out when I clearly stated I had a second booking, my keys got deactivated had to wait outside for nearly 20 mins before they sent new ones, breakfast is horribly bad with flies all over the pastries, croissants hard as a rock even the Executive Chef had to come and prepare 2 basic fried eggs sunny side up soft on top as the other staff could only deliver half cooked eggs simply not good enough I would not recommend this hotel

Novotel hotel management should renovate rooms as soon as possible, it’s looking very old , I think they haven’t change their interior from last 20-25 years, running their hotel with same old interior,Rooms doesn’t give feel of Five star property.

The Stay , the Food , all the staff, Ruby and Neha were very welcoming . Special thank you to the housekeeping team for decorating my room Overall it was a truly memorable experience Will love to visit again Kurries and kebab served delicious biryani amd chicken chapali kebab

We stayed at Dona Sylvia in May and absolutely loved the property. The resort is beautifully maintained, with lush greenery, charming villas, and direct access to the beach—everything you'd want for a relaxed Goan getaway. A special shoutout to Ruby, who went above and beyond in helping us celebrate my wife's birthday. From the thoughtful arrangements to her warm and attentive service, she made the occasion feel truly special. It's people like her who turn a great stay into an unforgettable one. Highly recommend Dona Sylvia if you're looking for a serene, well-run resort with a personal touch. We’ll definitely be coming back.

We went to Novotel Dona sylvia for an event organised by our company and things are missing from the rooms. On speaking to the duty Manager he confirmed they don't have cameras outside the room, there have no clue how things went missing from a locked room. Absolutely unexpectable from a 5 star hotel. Please do not go to this resort because your things are not safe inside the rooms also and the staff is of no help.

Seagull restaurant having all verity food for family and staff is very friendly … especially Mr.Amol very caring and supportive… must visit for family for at least 2 days … good swimming pool and private beach … all in one …………………………………………..
