Novotel hotel management should renovate rooms as soon as possible, it’s looking very old , I think they haven’t change their interior from last 20-25 years, running their hotel with same old interior,Rooms doesn’t give feel of Five star property. Let me start with the property itself — what a gem! Right on a secluded stretch of beach, it’s the kind of place that makes you slow down and breathe a little easier. The villas are nestled among blooming roses, vibrant ixoras, swaying palms, and peaceful lilies — nature all around, yet equipped with every modern amenity you’d expect. The pool — it's 6.8 feet deep! — a rare find and a treat for those who actually love to swim, not just float around. The room service staff, deserve a big round of applause — always on their toes, making sure every guest feels comfortable and cared for. Their hard work doesn’t go unnoticed. For families, especially those with kids, the recreation area is just spot on. Thoughtfully designed, safe, and full of fun — it’s a space where kids can truly enjoy. Whether you’re planning a cozy gathering with close friends or a large family celebration, they’ve got you covered. I recently had the joy of attending a wedding ceremony at Novotel Goa Dona Sylvia, where I stayed for three full days. With all the wedding rituals, the endless fun, and the hustle of arranging things for our guests, it was a whirlwind of beautiful chaos. Amidst it all, what truly stood out was the incredible team behind the scenes — over 260 staff members working tirelessly to make everything perfect. I can only mention a few by name, but I want to thank each and every one of them for their dedication and warmth. It all started with Joshita, the one who sealed the deal for us. She was always just a call away — ready with the right person, solution, or support, no matter what we needed. Then there were the amazing duty managers, Wayne and Anjali — the first to greet you, even before you reach the front desk. Their calm presence made a huge difference. Priyanka at the front desk deserves a special shoutout for patiently handling everything — from printouts and layouts to multiple sets of keys (yes, we lost a few). No matter the request, she delivered with a smile. In F&B, Ashish, ***** with his right-hand Ravi, and the ever-reliable Velon and Yuvraaj, were simply unstoppable. For them, time doesn’t exist — you ask, and it’s done, no matter the hour. Need anything for the banquet? Just go to Gautam — tell him once, and consider it sorted. At the iconic Seagull Restaurant, Amol is the first friendly face you’ll see at breakfast. And of course, for the tea lovers — don’t leave without meeting Raju Bhai, the proper-tea master. Goa may not be famous for its chai, but this *** is reason enough to change that! And finally, there's Geeta — the jaan of the property, the ever-smiling Laughing Buddha who brings warmth and light wherever she goes. She was there for us even after her shift, going above and beyond in ways that only someone who truly cares can. To the entire Novotel team: I’m endlessly gra
