fantastico hotel nel caratteristico centro di Cavalese, ristorante ottimo, servizio eccellente! Accanto all hotel una birreria con vasta scelta di gin e birre internazionali! Stanze molto accoglienti e pulite. Ambiente curato nel minimo dettaglio, consiglio!

Accoglienza buona. Locale storico con atmosfera. Cibo discreto e piatti ben presentati ma non proporzionati ai prezzi (non mi risulta abbiano stelle Michelin). Cameriera altezzosa (a qualcuno talvolta capita di confondere la propria posizione), scostante, maleducata e scorretta (non ha rispettato la convenzione con il nostro hotel). Per concludere: a Cavalese e dintorni si trova di molto meglio

gnocchi di polenta e zuppetta vegetariana sono stati due ottimi piatti serviti in occasione di un pranzo natalizio nel ristorante di questo albergo, sala molto affollata ma servizio comunque veloce da parte di camerieri gentili , prezzi nella norma.

Ho soggiornato 4 giorni coi miei famigliari in questo splendido hotel, dove tutto è curato nei minimi particolari, dalla proprietaria signora Ingrid. Gentilezza, cibi di qualità e pulizia lo contraddistinguono. Inoltre c'è il parcheggio privato disponibile. Il piccolo ma delizioso centro benessere ha completato il nostro relax. Cavalese e la Val di Fiemme sono luoghi molto belli da visitare ed emozionarsi.

Non capisco le 4 stelle date a questo hotel se non forse per la posizione. Le camere sono alcune ristrutturate altre no, il servizio di ristorazione da dimenticare, per chi poi è vegetariano, il buio totale. Recensioni su Booking tutte favolose? Mah??!!! Peccato il mio 4 stelle ha una valenza diversa!

L'albergo sorge su un complesso molto antico e completamente ristrutturato. Ho soggiornato con mia moglie in una camera standard, ampia, pulita e provvisto del necessario per te e tisane. La camera forniva zaini e racchette. Apprezzata la scelta di divere tipologie di cuscini. Il bagno è forse il tallone di achille. Piccolo e un pochino datato, ma funzionale. Ottima la colazione con prodotti locali freschi. Essendo arrivato in E-MTB ho molto apprezzato il deposito con relativo sistema di ricarica della batteria.

Dopo un pomeriggio trascorso alle QC terme Dolomiti, questo hotel ci ha concesso di continuare l’atmosfera di relax. Degustazione di birre artigianali nel bistrot di loro proprietà, che oltre ad essere un birrificio è anche una gineria, e si trova proprio di fronte l’hotel. In seguito, siamo tornati in hotel, pronti per una cena sublime, in una sala altrettanto accogliente e caratteristica. Davvero complimenti alla cucina, le portate erano tutte eccezionali. Un plauso anche al personale, i due ragazzi dello staff che ci hanno accolto e poi guidato sia nella degustazione delle birre sia durante la cena sono stati professionali, gentilissimi e sempre sorridenti. Confortevole ovviamente anche la camera, con tanti gadget per gli ospiti, alcuni mai trovati prima in alcun hotel, e colazione ottima, varia, e abbondante. Infine, è presente un comodo parcheggio a qualche metro dalla struttura. Grazie di tutto, alla prossima!
