A livello di un ristorante stellato. Assolutamente da provare, perché tutto buonissimo e con impiattamenti originali. Deliziose le entree offerte ed i dolcetti di fine pasto. Unica pecca, ma un peccato veniale, il personale di servizio, che, pur educato, non è all'altezza dell'insieme. Comunque bravi!!!!

Sono 3 anni che vado a mangiare in questo meraviglioso ristorante,se dovessi dare un valore alla cucina e ai piatti che mangio darei 10 pallini....ma purtroppo la valutazione e' sempre sull'insieme del locale... Camerieri approssimativi, a parte una ragazza molto gentile,ma poco esperta,comunque premurosa. Un che penso dovrebbe essere il capo servizio,e' stato appoggiato alla colonna del ristorante davanti ai clienti con il cellulare in mano per diverso tempo...non parliamo delle divise... Un hotel di questo livello che ha una cucina di cosi alto livello,e' un peccato che vada a perdere punti con il servizio in sala...e che non sia pubblicizzato a dovere. Purtroppo ci vuole amore e esperienza per questo lavoro,e nei piatti che mangi si sente l'amore e lo studio che c'e dietro,per il resto...lasciamo perdere.

Abbiamo soggiornato presso l’Hotel Carducci 76, consigliatoci da un nostro amico, dal 10 al 18 agosto. Siamo rimasti davvero contenti, sia per la location molto bella, sia soprattutto per i servizi offerti e per il personale, sempre pronto e disponibile, che ha reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Un'esperienza che consigliamo vivamente!

Il Carducci 76 è sempre garanzia di eleganza, cura per i dettagli e attenzione per il cliente. La colazione si caratterizza per un'infinità di prodotti salati e dolci preparati con materie prime di qualità! Il personale è professionalmente preparato e disponibile. Non ho dato i cinque pallini) per il fatto che vengono respinte dalla cucina (parlo del pranzo), delle semplici e fattibili richieste di modifica di alcuni ingredienti di un piatto presente nel menù alla carta o di poter avere qualcosa di diverso utilizzando magari per la composizione del piatto ingredienti presenti nel menù proposto. Mooi complex, heerlijk zwembad met goeie ligbedden, handdoeken service en goed en aardig personeel! Ligging is goed, mooie parkeergarage ! Perfect ontbijt ! Enigste minpunten vinden wij zijn de bedden, een matras op een houten plaat, geen boxspring of lattenbodem wat op dit prijsniveau wel zou mogen! En de zee is hier minder water trouble en veel planten en erg warm, waarschijnlijk door de stenen golfbrekers want verderop bij Riccione is de zee veel schoner en koeler water ! Maar wij hebben verderop fietsje gehuurd en dan ben je ook zo in Riccione ! Al met al echt goed hotel !
