Love the very convenient location right in the middle of Via Etnea, walking distances to most of the major attractions. Front Office is warm and very helpful in providing us with information and map upon checking in. Room was great and very comfortable. We were an hour early for check-in, and the room we booked wasn't available then. Instead, we got a surprise to be able to check-in into a bigger room. Breakfast is fabulous with lots of choices. Highly recommended.
The property is right opposite the Rinascente departmental store. Before careful if you are claiming VAT refund. My tax refund of over 200 euros was disallowed as the tax refund form prepared by them deliberately omitted the last digit of my passport number.

The hotel is well located 20 mins walk from the old town square but next to everything.
It is in renovation partially so the gym wasn't open and the lobby is diminished.
The breakfast although rich and tasty was not replenished and advertised until 12h on sundays but half empty by 10h so it was such a bummer knowing that we paid extra for that.
So all in all feels like a 4 stars but still in progress and for the high price we paid we would have expected more.

The hotel is great, the most central part of Catania, in the middle of the church and Elephant Square, but very quiet and private. The whole hotel has a good smell of aroma, simple but not simple, the bed is very comfortable, sleepless every day. The staff is very good, the English is OK, there are a lot of delicious people around, they will also give you advice. There are homemade toiletries, carefully crafted with Sicilian fruit, great. There is a private spa room on the first floor, you have to book in advance, the technique is very good ~ cost-effective. The room is very spacious, Italy has lived the largest room, hahaha

This the no 1 hotel I liked during my trip around Sicily. The hotel is like hidden gem. Beautifully surrounded by olive trees, and love the rosemary at the backyard. The room is spacious, modern and chic. Receptionist is friendly and speak fluent English. I had diner here. It's like having a di er in fine dining. Everything is great, from the services and food. Highly recomended..

観光の中心地にあり、エアポートバス停留所にも近い。ウェルカムドリンクは、搾りたてブラッド、オレンジジュース、スプマンテなどなど。ホテルまで送ってくれた友人にもドリンクサービスがあり、感謝。部屋は清潔で、トイレ、洗面、シャワー室も新しく、清掃が行き届いていた。アメニティも必要最小限に揃っている。ドライヤー、金庫、ミニバー、冷蔵庫完備。空調の温度調節を部屋で行えず、冬なのに蒸し暑かった。レストランの食材は新鮮で、美味しいが、日本人には、量が多くて、2人で1人前を食べるのが良いかも。

We were very welcome, we arrived well before check-in, but we could leave our baggage that were then raised in our room. The receptionist, very kind and friendly, gave us a Catane plan and gave us good advice to walk and for the restaurants. The hotel has a design decoration and the majesty of the old palace. We have been very well sleeping because the street is relatively quiet and there is a very good double glass. Breakfast is very expensive, served as a buffet in a pleasant room. We enjoyed having fresh fruits, among other things. At our departure we could leave our luggage at the hotel to walk quietly in Catane, with our plane being in the evening. The hotel is very comfortable and comfortable and is very comfortable.

GGuest UserTeresa is a very good landlord and we are taken care of a lot. Every day on business trips is very busy, and every day's breakfast is carefully arranged for us. The room is spacious, bright and clean, just in the city, but not noisy. There is a bar and spaghetti shop downstairs, which is very convenient. It takes three minutes to walk to via atnea.

Since the flight arrives in the middle of the night, contact the hotel to book the pick-up beforehand, and the room will be reserved until midnight. The driver who picked up the airport was also very kind. Even in the cold midnight, I felt that the driver warmly welcomed you and assisted in getting on and off the luggage! Hotel location is located in the city center, restaurants, department stores are nearby, walking distance! I was very surprised to find that the Christmas market was right next to the hotel. I was very happy. The mood becomes more beautiful! Will visit again next time

GGuest UserJust behind Via Etnea (the heart of Catania), easily accessible by Metro City (stop Stesicoro), offers first of all the courtesy and availability of the owner Alessandro, I always have a great advice to make the experience of staying in the beautiful city the best possible. Within the room always maintained in order by your staff, we had everything needed (leather dress and good quality bathroom accessories) to make your holiday comfortable. In holiday days, you can be swept by walking around the very large outdoor market, and breakfast is served in the very nearby and organized Bellini coffee (excellent products and great gentleness). We wish Alexandre all the successes he hopes and deserves and continue to enrich his structure with further comfort.
