Everything was simply perfect! The staff were attentive, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile, special thanks to Eleonora and Giuseppe for their assistance. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated and equipped with everything I needed. I especially appreciated the cozy bed and the quiet atmosphere. Breakfast was delicious, every bite felt like a treat!

Sono stato in questa struttura, trovata per puro caso pubblicitario, per una notte ma soprattutto per organizzare, a sorpresa, il compleanno di mia moglie. Tutto lo staff, nessuno escluso, sin da subito ma mostrato professionalità, competenza e soprattutto educazione, non smielata, verso il cliente. La camera/appartamento, molto bella e confortevole è dotata di ogni complemento possa essere utile. L'organizzazione del compleanno è stata perfetta, sono venuti incontro alle mie svariate richieste con estremo garbo facendomi sentire coccolato e sicuro. Tutte le pietanze preparate dallo chef sono state di gradimento e plauso anche da parte di tutti gli ospiti. Il servizio è stato attento, non invadente, e sempre col giusto approccio. Quindi che dire davvero complimenti a tutti e spero che si possa continuare mantenendo questo livello visto che vorrei tornare presto essendo a poca distanza da casa nostra. Grazie

Quiero agradecer a todo el personal de los apartamentos Ollen el excelente trato que nos han brindado desde el minuto 1..Eleonora se desvivió literalmente por nosotros, Alessio y Giuseppe nos dieron muy buenos consejos para ayudarnos en nuestra visita a Sicilia y nos hicieron pasar unos ratos muy agradables. Los desayunos sin la sonrisa y buen hacer de Graciella y Enzo.. El apartamento está genial.. nuevos, bien decorados y equipados. Poseen lavadora/secadora en zona común. La zona exterior con jacuzzi y piscina , las zonas comunes y vistas al Etna...En resumen...con ganas de repetir!

Eleonora se desvivió literalmente por nosotros, Alessio y Giuseppe nos dieron muy buenos consejos e hicieron pasar ratos agradables y los desayunos sin la sonrisa de Graciella no habrían sido lo mismo..Gracias también a Enzo! El apartamento estaba genial, muy nuevo y bien decorado, buena situación, la zona de piscina etc. Todo de 10! Un saludo a todos desde España!

Un accueil chaleureux et un personnel attentionné tous au long de notre sejour.Le quartier est calme excentré de catane. Petit bémol pour le restaurant. La chambre est spacieuse et propre et le coins cuisine un vrai plus.

Bel hôtel dans un quartier calme de Catane. Un joli jardin est agrémenté d’une piscine et d’un jacuzzi. Les chambres sont grandes aménagées d’une cuisine et la salle de douche est spacieuse. La literie est très confortable. Hormis les bruits des voisins, c’est calme. Le petit-déjeuner est un peu limité au niveau du buffet qui est rapidement dégarni mais le menu propose différents compléments. Le personnel est très serviable. Au total, un excellent séjour!

L'appartement et joliment équipé, neuf et très propre ainsi que le reste de l'établissement qui est tout aussi bien entretenu.
Joli jardin et petite piscine et jacuzzi viennent compléter le lotissement qui possède également une salle de sport.
Tout le personnel et très gentil, attentionné et attentif à toute demande.
Le petit déjeuner est très bien et nous avons soupé 2 soirs, le repas était excellent et une bonne sélection de vin.
Nous avons séjourné avec nos deux enfants pendant 1 semaine et nous pouvons que recommander très chaleureusement cet apparthotel avec un parking sécurisé payant très appréciable.
