My wife and I stayed here recently on our honeymoon. Everything was excellent and we would highly recommend this experience. The breakfast is wonderful with a variety of choices and espresso’s made on request. The staff here is extremely attentive and pays attention to all of the guests needs and wants. No one ever seemed to be anything less than happy to serve!

My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon. We would absolutely give the facilities and especially the staff the highest praise. Marianna was extremely helpful in understanding Sicily as it was our first time there. She also helped me with planning our itinerary and made everything go so smoothly! Giuseppe was also extremely welcoming and made sure the jacuzzi temperature was just right. He is a gentleman and an asset to the property! Graciella and Salvadore put out a delicious breakfast every morning. And made more than a few espresso’s while serving the guests. Everyone one there deserves to be congratulated.

I recently spent a month at Ollen Apartments Hotel in Catania, Sicily, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience. The rooms were immaculate, spacious, and equipped with a wide array of kitchen utensils and a big fridge, making it feel like a home away from home. There was even a Nespresso machine in the room, with coffee pods replenished daily. There was a washing machine and dryer available for use, which was incredibly convenient. Also, all spaces are handicap-friendly, ensuring accessibility for everyone. The balconies also offer a fantastic view of Mount Etna, adding to the charm of the stay. Additionally, the hotel's location is very convenient, being just a 10-minute drive from the center of Catania. The food was wonderful, with delicious croissants and scrambled eggs in the morning, and mouth-watering pasta dishes in the evening. The hotel also has excellent amenities, including a well-equipped gym and a pool. However, the highlight of my stay was the incredible staff. The employees were exceptionally friendly, kind, and helpful. They went above and beyond to accommodate my needs, even keeping breakfast for me and delivering it to my room when I worked night shifts and couldn't make it to the breakafast area on time. Thank you very much to Marianna, Alfredo, Graziano and everyone. I highly recommend Ollen Apartments Hotel for anyone visiting Catania. It truly offers a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and outstanding service.

Quiet place next to the busy downtown
Really top notch place, a safe haven out of the really quite chaotic downtown of Catania. But still relatively close to it.
Staff is really welcoming and friendly. Rooms are clean and there was also full sized fridge, which was really nice surprise. Pool, gym, etc. well maintained and clean. Parking space is gated so you don't have to stress about your vehicle either.
Besides breakfast, the hotel restaurant serves lunch and dinner, which were definitely up to the task if you are hungry and don't want to head out to the wilderness of DT. Breakfast was good, not too many options but enough.
Spent ten days. If I ever am to return, this would be the place.

Modernes Hotel mit herzlichen Service
Wir waren mit 2 Kindern dort. Das Zimmer ist geräumig. Die Ausziehcouch bequem. Mit dem Kinderwagen ist es etwas Schwierig, weil es kaum Gehsteige gibt in der Umgebung. Mit dem Auto ist alles gut erreichbar. Es gibt Parkplätze direkt vor dem Hotel. Der Kaffee ist auch super. Uns hat es gefallen.

Struttura nuova, con arredi essenziali, eleganti e moderni. Camere grandi. Eccellente la pulizia e il silenzio. Letto decisamente comodo, Personale discreto, molto cortese e attento alle richieste del cliente. Noi viaggiamo tanto e questa soluzione appartamento-hotel ci ha molto soddisfatto. Ci siamo trovati molto bene. Ottima posizione per visitare questa parte di Sicilia. Colazione 🔝 Unico piccolo neo: mi aspettavo delle ciabattine di cortesia.
