Struttura piccina ma confortevole, mi sono preoccupato quando ho visto che la mia stanza era sul piano stradale , ma nonostante tutto ho dormito bene senza rumori molesti. La zona è tranquilla e vi è un grande e comodo parcheggio. Stanza adeguata arredata in modo sobrio e moderno ,ottimo il bagno in camera e la ampia doccia! Complimenti

The rooms are modern and very clean and comfortable. As a solo female traveler I also felt very safe here and could walk around to the market, bakery and restaurants easily. I really enjoyed my stay and it was nice to have a shared kitchen where I could store food in a fridge and make coffee each morning. The staff is very friendly a responsive and helpful. They even gave me a ride to the train station when I left Catania. I would definitely recommend this accommodation to my friends and family.

Si tratta di un appartamento che è stato finemente e intelligentemente ristrutturato e dal quale sono state ricavate delle bellissime camere con bagno privato e climatizzatore. Gli arredi sono di design e di ottima qualità. La cucina è in comune. Il wi-fi è perfettamente funzionante. Si trova fuori dal centro storico ma comunque in un'ottima posizione, in particolare per chi dispone dell'auto. Ottima la comunicazione con i proprietari, che rispondono prontamente ad ogni necessità. Non c'è un parcheggio privato, ma davanti c'è un parcheggio pubblico con ampia disponibilità di posti (che a Catania è una rarità). Nonostante il martedì si svolga il mercato rionale proprio davanti all'ingresso, la struttura risulta silenziosa. Consigliatissimo.

Ambienti ampi in stile Total Ikea. Ambienti puliti. Bagni molto ampi e con tutti i confort. Comodissima la cucina messa a disposizione di tutti gli ospiti. WiFi eccezionale. Peccato per il portone e l'androne che non fanno un'impressione rassicurante smentita comunque appena si entra nella struttura. Comodissimo l'ampio parcheggio pubblico davanti la struttura e la vicinanza con un McDonald nonché di un supermercato Lidl. Il ragazzo che ci ha accolto è stato disponibilissimo, gentile e molto cortese. Ci ha fatti sentire di famiglia. La posizione è molto comoda: a 15 min da tutto!
