ホテルでてすぐの道路の立地はあまりよくなさそうでした。夜は危ないです。
出て少し歩いたところにマーケットがあります。野菜などを安く買えます。
ホテルのエレベーターはとてもボロく閉じ込められるんじゃないかと思いながら使っていました。
シャワールームは大きめです。

The hotel is near the bus station and train station and walkable to the main areas in the city. Maybe because of its proximity to the train station, the area between the train station and the hotel feels a tad bit dodgy especially at night.
There happen to be a large market a block away from the hotel on a Thursday we were there. Had quite a nice morning walk there.
The hotel itself is new and very clean. It has a sleek elegant design yet still maintain some parts of the original design. We had a very pleasant stay there.
Many parking lots available right in front of the hotel.
We enjoyed the breakfast, the spread is limited but the variety is sufficient for us.

We were on inspiring vacations so called premium tour of southern Italy We stayed in this hotel one night,the air conditioning was broken told it couldn’t be fixed as a weekend,asked for a fan which we got but was so hot ,no kettle etc,no water in the room,no telephone Asked for ice sorry don’t have any then we were delivered some ice blocks all plastic and coloured In a bad area of Catania We wouldn’t recommend this to anyone

Not really a boutique hotel, but generally OK. What has led to the one start rating is that there was no hot water (which I would think is an essential basic for a hotel). We enquired about it in the afternoon (nothing was mentioned on check in) and were told they were working on the boiler. Unfortunately there was still no water in the evening and when we again enquired after dinner there seemed to be very little interest in this and indeed there was still no hot water on the next day. Our request for a partial refund was refused and nothing was offered in return.

Also mit einem "Boutique Hotel" ist das so eine Sache. Das sollte man bei einem Drei-Sterne Anspruch nicht überstrapazieren. Das Hotel ist nett, sauber und einigermaßen gut erreichbar. Im wirklich schwierigen Hotelmarkt von Catania kann man hier nicht wirklich etwas falsch machen. Das Zimmer war klein und sauber, das Bett gemütlich und auch das Bad in Schuss. Das Frühstück für italienische Verhältnisse o.k., wenn auch das Personal hier nicht übertrieben freundlich war. An der Rezeption hingegen war man freundlich, nur leider nicht sonderlich gut informiert was wann in Catania los ist. So konnte man mir trotz nachsehen im INternet nicht sagen, wann die Strände (bewirtschaftet) in Catanias Süden öffnen.

Arrived with a warm welcome and our room was ready. Good room with a balcony overlooking the street. If your a light sleeper could be noisy in the morning but never bothered us. Clean and tidy and was cleaned daily. Comfy bed and lots of room. Modern furnishings too. Breakfast was continental style with fruits, cheese, meats, cakes, cereals etc and fresh coffee. Location was about a 10 minute walk to the main streets and restaurants/bars. But plenty of back streets with bars etc near by. Easy to just wander around and find places. Would definitely stay again as staff were friendly and helpful.

The hotel staff were welcoming and unprofessional (smoking in the hallways). There was no airport transfer despite the announcements. The room was disappointing: basic and poorly maintained equipment, a window overlooking an interior courtyard with a tiny balcony, soundproofing was optional, and the cleanliness was poor. The neighborhood was dirty and poorly frequented, relatively far from tourist areas.
