Very nice and clean hotel.
Short walking distance to city centre, railway and bus station.

The hotel is near the bus station and train station and walkable to the main areas in the city. Maybe because of its proximity to the train station, the area between the train station and the hotel feels a tad bit dodgy especially at night.
There happen to be a large market a block away from the hotel on a Thursday we were there. Had quite a nice morning walk there.
The hotel itself is new and very clean. It has a sleek elegant design yet still maintain some parts of the original design. We had a very pleasant stay there.
Many parking lots available right in front of the hotel.
We enjoyed the breakfast, the spread is limited but the variety is sufficient for us.

Ho soggiornato un paio di giorni durante una trasferta a Catania, e devo dire che nel complesso l'hotel non mi ha deluso. Camere essenziali e dotate di buon confort, peccato che il balconcino della mia stanza desse su un cortiletto interno, così da risultare buia. Colazione forse migliorabile (sicuramente per la parte "salata"), ma sufficiente a garantire un buon inizio giornata. La zona di sera è un po' buia e degradata, ma comunque si è non lontani dal centro ed in zona ci sono alcuni buoni ristoranti, oltre ad uno proprio dell'hotel (che però non ho provato). Non conosco il prezzo del mio soggiorno essendomi stato offerto; personale cortese e disponibile, incluso l'autista che - su richiesta - esegue i trasferimenti per aeroporto/stazione e dintorni.

We went in a group of 16 elderly friends. The hotel made arrangements for our visit very easy. The staff were very welcoming. The bedrooms were comfortable and clean, with hot water. The buffet breakfasts were very good with abundant choice. The location is 10 minutes' walk from the station and 15-20 from the centre of the city. The building is well restored but the environs are a bit run-down. We warmly recommend the hotel to other visitors.

Pur in una zona non tra le più belle (ma alcune descrizioni sul degrado di altre recensioni sono decisamente esagerate) è vicino al centro e pertanto in posizione confortevole. E' un buon hotel, con camere confortevoli, personale cortese, e una buona colazione, specie nei dolci, sia pure non con un'amplissima scelta

Vita on reception was excellent. Dont let the rundown neighbourhood put you off. Located between the train and bus station and the Duomo/restaurant area. A good hotel all round

Gutes Hotel - super Preis-Leistung
Sehr schönes Hotel, guter Service, Parkplatz direkt um die Ecke, großes schön eingerichtetes Zimmer unterm Dach, Bad nicht perfekt sauber aber ok, tolles Frühstück, ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß zum Stadtkern
Wir haben 2 Nächte gebucht, am Anfang und am Ende unserer Reise.
Würden dort wieder buchen.
